Political scientist. Publicist. Corporate security expert. Born in Georgia 28.02.1958. Graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, majoring in Astrophysics. Worked at the Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory. He studied and completed his postgraduate studies at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.

Since January 2010 - Director of Research Programs at the Center for Strategic Research and Civil Society Development in the North Caucasus, SK-Strategiya.
"Anticrisis Center of Security Problems (ACSP)" was established in Georgia in December 2013.
The ACSP is positioned along the following main lines:
- information and analytical support to private large companies and public institutions;
- Project development and implementation of political and business PR campaigns, both one-time and long-term;
- conceptualization, organization and promotion of political projects in print and electronic media;
- structuring and promoting security systems;
- Organising and carrying out the full cycle of sociological research with an analytical and recommendation package, with possible support during the implementation phase.
He is actively involved in the design, reporting and implementation of the fight against organized corruption schemes, illicit trafficking of weapons and radiological substances and drugs trafficking. He took part in neutralising a large-scale international drug-trafficking scheme.
He has been a member of the Russian Union of Journalists and a member of the International Federation of Journalists since 2005. He has published several dozen articles in Russian, Georgian, Ukrainian, and European print and electronic media.
His military rank is Colonel.
